Cyber Security Specialist

ICS Cyber Security Specialist (Code: R001)

 

Job Responsibilities:

​

  • Being a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of Cyber Security, including Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing; Perform technical reviews of servers, network devices SCADA, DCS and PLC system and applications

  • Prepare technical proposals and implementation strategies by providing expert solution architecture and design skills in line with security best practices

  • Develop project management plans including risk management plan to ensure effective project management and project delivery

  • Perform cyber security solution and consultative services delivery activities to meet/exceed project and customers’ requirements and expectations

  • Provide technical advice on solution alternatives, corresponding risks and implications

  • Manage and lead project delivery, including vendor selection and negotiation, and managing project stakeholders and resources from vendors and customer's project team

  • Conduct Assessments and Audits in OT, ICS, SCADA / DCS and PLC

  • Keep abreast of new developments in cybersecurity practices and technologies, as well as emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

​

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree, in Engineering (Control System / Telecommunication), Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of current working experience in OT, ICS, SCADA / DCS, PLC assessment or audit as well as experience in Industrial Standard Protocols – Modbus, 61850, Ethernet/IP, Siemens S7, DNP3, PROFINET etc

  • Possess ICS related Assessment / Audit Certification

  • Professional information security certifications or related security product certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH will be an advantage

  • Experience in ICS Firewall, VPN and IDPS and related technologies

  • Preferably familiar with IEC 62443, NIST standards.

Sales Manager (Code: R005)

 

Job Responsibilities :
 

  • Responsible for selling full life-cycle suite cyber security products and services ranging from and not limited to vulnerability assessment, threat prevention, post compromised assessment and incident responses

  • Prepare quotation and technical proposals by working closely with the team to provide the most effective solution to the customers

  • Secure orders to achieve or exceed Company sales targets  

  • Prospect for new business opportunities, generate leads & establish new customer accounts

  • Maintain positive and effective relationships with key prospects, assigned accounts and contacts

  • Identify new and incremental revenue opportunities, aligned with company strategy

  • Develop and manage and maximise new and existing customer accounts

  • Support and participate in trade shows, industry events and marketing activities

  • Prepare sales forecast, sales activity report or other data and reports as required

  • Work closely with the team to provide the most effective solution to the customers

  • Provide recommendations for new or enhanced products or industry opportunities

  • Ensure proper client billing, cancellations and other revenue updates are processed and communicated effectively

  • Keep abreast of competitive activity, client opportunities and new developments in cyber security practices and technologies, as well as emerging threats and vulnerabilities

  • Professional information security certifications or related security product certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH will be an advantage

  • Minimum 3 - 5 year(s) of relevant Sales experience

  • Experience in industrial cyber security work for critical control infrastructures will be an advantage

  • Proficient in preparing technical proposal and quotation

  • Strong networking skills in engaging with different levels including C-suite and senior management of government agencies, regulated industries and large organisations

  • Preferably with working knowledge on Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control System (ICS), SCADA/DCS or PLC, HMI or DA Server

  • Preferably with working knowledge on SIEM, Event Logs and Managed Security Services

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills

  • Good problem solving skills and a flair for innovation and creativity

  • Self-motivated and passion to be part of start-up in cyber security

  • Must be a team player with a strong desire to learn

  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
